Games
Marvel vs Capcom 3
Super Street Fighter 4

Fee
$10 For each game you're competing in.
$5 Equipment fund. If you are competing in both events, you only have to pay one equip fund.
So it's $15 to compete in a single game, or $25 for both.

Consoles
All games will be played on Xbox 360.

Please bring your own fight sticks or controllers. Otherwise, you will need to convince someone to let you borrow theirs.

Game Time
Tournament Starts At 7:00pm on Saturday, June 11th.
I'm going to start setting up around 6:00 pm

I'm going to be starting both tournaments at the same time. So be aware that some matches may have to wait if a player is playing in a tournament for the other game.

Rules
Double Elimination
2/3 Matches
3/5 Grand Finals

Prizes
The pot will be split 70%/20%/10% for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place respectively.

All matches for both games will be on Xbox360 only, no exceptions.

If you want to use a DualShock controller in the tournament, it is your responsibility to supply your own converter.

We will use location-based seeding (if necessary). This basically just means that if you and your friend(s) enter the tournament together, you will be spread out in the bracket so that you don't run into each other early in the tournament.

Make sure that you let us know while signing up on the day of the tournament if this applies to you so we can create the bracket appropriately.

We will run both games' brackets either from separate computers or on paper brackets. We want things to run a bit more efficiently while at the same time making it easier for others to see the progress of the bracket.

I'm glad that you're so enthusiastic man...

I know you've been playing Vanilla... you need to get a hold of AE when it strikes man... it's a month away... also... A 360 set-up is the way to go... All you'd need is the consol. copy of the game and a VGA cable to hook it to your computer monitor...

May I ask your main???

I just wanted to reply to your post man... sometimes you get overlooked around here... and It's a problem sometimes... T.A.G. (I'm including myself, that's why I'm saying the Team) would love to see more people playing and learning... getting better and such... that's what this is about... Tim and Crazy's great at Marvel too... And Me, Rudy, and Mike are all learning... So there's still a community for it... I say bring it ON!!!

Just keep in mind guys Orge does this for the company... Freeplay is cool... but the "tournaments" are the reason they continue to open there doors to us... They've tried this before and had a grand turnout for one tourney... so they did another one, and it was worse than a ghost town... so they gave up on us... now with the sudden interest in fighting games... and as gamers we need somewhere outside of friends houses to play... somewhere that we can call home... more like a dojo. that's why I refer to ALien games as the Dojo. It's somewhere I can come to meet up with all of my training buddies, to play, learn, and get better. Without it... I'll be trash for the big tourneys, (Shut up everyone making the joke that I'm trash with it too...) It's everything we need as a community to grow and therefore should be well respected... 4$ is not much to give to them. in fact I played 12$ to make the tournament a few weeks ago more interesting.

My point is this. Comming to Alien Games to just play free play is going to have us unwelcome to there business. I for one am glad to have a place to come to... Please think about that... I am not the best player in the world... but I do like being part of this team.

GO T.A.G.
