Awesome. I don't know if I'll be able to participate because of work, but I'll be there and all my Smash friends as well.

I don't like the non-counter-picking rules, but I understand why they're in place. Can't wait for this to go down!

Excellent, I'm looking forward to this.

Like Po, I'd prefer to have counterpicks and the like in place, however your reasoning is understandable, and even then I could still deal with it. Besides, it doesn't really make much of a difference in a new local tournament, as such things really only make an impact in games between experienced competitive players, so it's fine. Might even make things more fun in this case :)

Either way, you have my support, and I'll be sure to be there =)

Ill try and be there, in my free time Ive been hanging out with people that dont say: "No Johns", "Mindgames", or "AHHHH, DOWNSMASH".  It was pretty cool, might have to do it again.

Hey, Super Poptart, you should print up some flyers or something to let more people know about your tournaments! I've been spreading the word around, but most of my circle already knows about this.

It's on this Saturday!

Sorry guys about not checking in, life has been hectic. xD

About the flyers, I wanted to do that, but I have to get approval from the store director first. She didn't really seem to want to listen to me, so I just shrugged it off for now.

If this tournament gets at least twelve people, then I'll make flyers for the rest. I just didn't have enough time or patience to deal with it now. x_x

Everything has settled down now, so I'll be able to make lots of flyers for the next one. =D
