Motion Control. using sensors and Infer red Camera.  No controllers!! All Camera based and works well it looks.  Video could be deceiving though.

Facebook and Twitter Integration. (Ok guys even more reason to get on the Social Networking Band Wagon with the Rest of Us)

1080p videos.. Bye Bye BluRay (maybe)

And On-Demand Games!   Check the Link for Videos and More information.

Actually Natal will use a full RGB motion capture camera. The video is fairly impressive and I believe should function rather well as long as it has the processing power, and from the looks of just the add-on unit it should have lol.

The FB and Twitter integration will be nice especially for me since I never check my accounts anyway. The direct 2 drive game system may be "OK" but unless there is a substantial discount for the games I would rather buy the physical copy because it provides you with more leverage later on when you don't want it, however a digital copy on your HD will not and you may unfortunately be stuck with something you don't want.

So you can rent games also? I seen the video to this but I didnt know you could get this by renting a game. If they do like a 10 to 20 bucks a month deal 1 or 2 games at a time! i'm game!

As far as I understand it you are buying the game not renting.
