Any person found to have manipulated or exploited the plat-capped qualification system will be banned from future Tokyo In Tulsa conventions and other oklahoma-based gaming events.  This includes using an account that is not yours, using an account that is yours but is not your highest-ranked account (smurfing), or concealing your true skill level in an effort to illegitimately gain access to or advantage in the capped tournament.

Tokyo In Tulsa will provide you with table space, a chair, an ethernet connection, and at least one power port for your power strip.

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE

Friday's tournaments will be Round Robin.  The top 16 teams in the Round Robin phase will compete in the single elimination tournament on Saturday and Sunday.  Any other teams will be eliminated from the tournament.

Saturday's tournaments will be Single Elimination Best of 3.  The results of the previous day's Round Robin tournament will be used to seed the single elimination bracket.  The championship match will be Best of 5 and will occur on Sunday.  Losing a match will result in elimination from the tournament.
