MLG Payout and how it works?
« on: August 31, 2011, 08:19:53 am »
Ok so everyone plays to become Pro these days but what are the benefits of making top 32? Top 16? or Top 8? When does MLG Start paying you? How much? I cannot find any info on any of the business behind this. If anyone knows please take a minute to reply. Thank you.

Top 8 get paid, Top 16 gets stipends for their travel to the next event.

Its simple.. you need to make top 8 are you make 400 bucks for stipends at next event!
So if you go and place 16th still no money which is ok but if you go you wanna make sure you either A got a legit no ♥♥♥♥ good team. (no drama) or B cool with spending 50 bucks a piece knowing that you are going to just build chemistry and get better.

1st Place    $20,000
2nd Place    $12,000
3rd Place    $8,000
4th Place    $5,600
5th Place    $4,000
6th Place    $2,800
7th Place    $2,000
8th Place    $1,600

Sometimes sponsors want a cut of what you make for paying your cost. I'm not 100% sure if they make you pay taxes. Ill ask one of our teams if they got taxed.

Championship tournament pays out the more

plus being a pro you get this also not including swag headsets and dibbs on games
