Who from this area is planning to attend this event?  I may have some travel possiblities that you may be interested in.  I will know more about it very soon.  Looks like round trip will be in the $200.00 or less range per person. (Does not include room, just transportation)

Had a couple of players show up after registration was closed for Madden and again for NBA2K10 tournament today.  We have adopted the policy that if you can't register at the time registration is set for, you will not be allowed to register and participate in the tournament.  I am sorry we have to do this, but we just have too many people calling and saying they are on their way and never show up.   Also, we will not have on-line registration as some people that register on-line, think they can show up whenever and have a spot open for them.  Plus we have a lot of players sign up on-line and never show up so it is pretty much useless.

Signup/Check In for Madden is 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Signup/Check In for NBA 2K10 is from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.

If you show late, can't guarantee you will get a spot.  We can't hold up tournament for anyone.

Sorry you had to change your date to May 8th.   Some of our guys will not be able to make it out due to the fact that we have a tournament in OKC on the 8th.  Maybe we can catch the next one.
