Hello all, anyone who is interested in playing this game should consider joining the Gauntlet of Kressh server. I have a guild name already chosen, the Army of Ancients, and I would welcome any mature players that would be like to join. Be warned: This will be an adult guild, talks of alcohol, smoking, and adult language will be involved, I'm sure. I should also mention I chose the Imperial side, though I plan on being nice lol my in game character's name is Mavrick or hit me up via email at [email protected]. I'm a tank if you are wondering

Hey all, who plans on getting Star Wars: The Old Republic when(?) it comes out? The official site just started allowing people to create guilds.
I haven't played WoW in a couple years but this game will likely get me back into the MMO.
Planning on having my first character be a smuggler with the Republic.
Anyone else excited about this game?

Go check it out, looks to be the next in the zombie/survival horror genre. It's a very well made trailer.

Site Improvements & News / iPhone/Android app?

Are there any developers here that could make an OKGamers app for the iPhone or Android OS? If one was to take priority I vote Android 
Also, if it would help I would happily donate to the cause, and/or pay for the app once it was released...
I don't know if it would increase awareness or bring more people to our community, though I am a bit surprised this hasn't been pitched yet. Flame away if it has...

Single Player is a lot of fun but I would like to try out the multiplayer, problem is, nobody is playing multiplayer and I can never find a match. Anybody want to play some co-op or multi?

Hey all! I'm bored at work so I thought I would ask a random question. I think I already know what the consensus will be but I'm still curious...
I've got the samsung captivate and it's amazing! Nothing like playing resident evil 2 or twisted metal 2 on my phone during downtimes!

It's the slow time of the year for video games; the time of year you dust off some of those games you put aside for just such a time. So what games have you guys been playing lately? Something you never stopped playing or something you decided to pick back up?
My xbox recently red ringed and after an attempt at repairing it, it suprisingly worked for another month, then the RROD once again. Luckily at the local Play and Trade they had recieved two of the new Xbox's and I got one the day they came in. However in my Xbox's absence I started playing Final Fantasy XIII again, and started from the beginning determined to finish it this time.

And to sweeten the deal, your first three months are free. And what do you get for your hard earned dough? Tons of premium content, including "hundreds of dollars of products" throughout the year, early access to betas, and Qore. Sony is also indicating that Plus subscribers will be able to send voice messages to other gamers to invite them to play, even if they've made the foolish decision to not subscribe to Plus. Naturally, though, they won't be able to reply in kind unless they too pony up the cash."

I've been keeping up with it so far via G4tv's coverage and twitter. EA's conference was sick, they demo'd several new games coming out late this year to early next year including Dead Space 2, the new Metal of Honor, the new IP from Epic Games (Gears of War) called Bulletstorm, announced the Sims 3 was coming to consoles, Madden's newest features, and my personal favorite: a brand new trailer for Star Wars: The Old Republic MMORPG. If you even slightly like Star Wars check out this trailer, it was amazing!
There is still two more days too! Today is the Nintendo and Sony conferences which I have been able to some-what follow, they announced Metroid: Other M, showcased the 3DS and explained and demo'd the 3D screen, announced several games for that platform, said the next Zelda would be out in 2011, said they were making a brand new Donkey Kong game, and so much more.
I LOVE E3! I want to be in the trade just to go to this event...

If this is not the game of the year I will be shocked. Riding along trails on your trusty steed into the sunset, camping out under the stars, bounty hunting, hunting, gathering plants, and on top of that, missions! There is always something to do in this world! The graphics are spectacular, the scenery and draw distance is rich and beautiful, the charecters and voice acting are superb. Basically, I'm loving this game. Anyone else played so far? I have yet to try the multiplayer being so absorbed into the single player, but if any of you have it we should try it out. Free roam mode sounds cool, basically you and your friends can run around the world as a gang completing missions.

I've played it almost since it became available, and I have to say, I'm impressed. The players are still as horrible as ever; high pitched screeching from 13 year olds, constant trash talking, or my favorite, no mic at all. Players aside I haven't played Halo in about two years, I was severely burnt out. Reach just might make me a halo player again, just gotta have the right party to play with. What do you guys think about it?
