Equipment:
We will be providing 8 CRT TVs for the SSBB tournament! We need people to bring Wii's and SSBB copies for these TVs!

Responsibility:
HxC will not be responsible for anyone’s equipment but our own. We suggest marking your equipment with your name somehow, whether that be tape and just your name on the tape or a sticker of some sort. However you want to do it, as long as you know its yours.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to bring in outside food or drink. But luckily there are a lot of fast food restaurants in the area.

Have you guys got any of our videos or started uploading them?

We do know of a few that actually were saved. We still haven't check all the 360s but some of them didn't save the LAN games because the cache wasn't cleared at the beginning of the event. Sorry about that. We will have some up soon though.

It states depending on attendance. We will decide that the day of depending on attendance because it is necessary in some situations.

We will be providing 8 Viewsonic TVs and at least 8 360s. We need at least 2 other 4v4 teams to bring FULL SETUPS. That means 4 TVs, 4 360s, 4 Copies of H3: Mythic. We need at least 3 Full Stations for an event to run smooth and quick.

Headphones and Headsets
Note that we do allow headphones and headsets for use in our tournaments but there are things you should be aware of if you’re going to use headphones at our tournaments.
-We will not change our setups to accommodate your specific hardware
-You cannot use hardware that requires an AC Power Adapter
-If you have hardware that uses a USB slot for power, you can use it as long as there is an open slot for it
