yes, exercise and a well rounded meal (whole grains, one or two vegetable types, fruit, protein, some dairy. for vegetables and fruit, remember to be colorful) is the best way to keep your brain alert right before any task that requires mental acuity
just dont exercise too hard or you will end up fatiguing yourself in the long run
also, no energy drinks. they dont help and are bad for you anyways
