The second Case I built recently.

and the third.

I loved the button layouts above, but once in a while the button presses would miss fire.
I have cheap ♥♥♥ sanwa wana-be knock off buttons from a tatsunoko stick that are like 3 years old now.  new buttons would probably solve it.

but Ive learned to love the last button layout the most.

I filed down some lip edges on the buttons because I do not like the gaps in between.

Ah Yea !
Battlefield 3 !

Such a great game.
I couldn't play it without high definition controls. (Mouse and resolution).
I forget my bf3 account name, maybe robcardiv.   feel free to add me up.
I keep getting addicted to sf4 or Wow. but I play bf3 still alot.

well, sorry to speak negatively.
but I was excessively unimpressed with almost every catagory of design in SWTOR.
the graphics were ok.  that was the best I left with.

the first ten levels of my jedi basically consisted of
"this entire city / zone is full of padawan that are failing to even do this trivial stuff"
"the first zones full of shark people" "we are basically invading their lands, but thats ok".
contradicted by "our ancient temple is here"   etc etc etc.
capped of with, by level ten "wow you are the greatest, (why im not sure, I guess I pwnd some lvl 4 shark people).
"So great, join the jedi master council" etc etc.

I shouldnt complain, but it was horibad.

I mean.. if you can ignore all logic and just swollow what ever random story they chucked up to fill in the zone.
and dull progression, and basically only one type of quest, "Go mow your way down this long hallway".
by level 10 I was so horribly bored of Tarealious or what ever, I was glad to change zones for corillea.
but that zone was even more bland.   (The graphics were theme'd correcltly almost, I guess). but it was just hallways and hallways of running.

My friends soaked it up and say its good.
I couldn't get past 20 on any of my classes.

Sadly, it fills zero voids that SWG had.

vintage stock still likes to charge 15 bucks for music cds rofl.
and 19 bucks for dvds because it has one extra's disc.

it must be the flashy lights or something thats bringing the business that way, instead of to gameXchange.
their prices were always way better.

the entertainment industry cries about pirates. they should use wiser pricing.
I'm not paying 20 bucks for a movie that i "barely want to slow down long enough" to watch once or twice.

I hope this place opens and has good luck.
Id shop there if they have reasonable prices.

K-on, if you haven't seen it yet, one of my favorite new anime.  Really high quality, addicting music.
http://www.animefreak.tv/watch/kon-episode-1-english-dubbed-online-free

I've seen some other great ones also, If i can think of them, ill come back.

Anime movies,
'5 centimeters per second' is really great movie.
"The girl who leapt through time". was really interesting.

(and of coarse the obvious, every single studio ghibli movie).  If you havn't seen those, see them quick.

2007 X_x.
Would have been Interesting !
I read and understood the first 20 chapters in my C++ book.  I left knowing the basics, how to program a text based math calculator.  I didn't understand when pointers would be used, so that's about the time I lost it, because future chapters included that.
I've learned many 3d types of applications from Maya, lightwave, 3d studio max, Zbrush, game ediors from wolf3d wolfed.exe, doomed.exe, unreal.
I figured out how to create and rig a goku model and got it into unreal 2004.

I love studying the basics of all these, but I never got much deeper than any of that.

Fighting Gamers / Handmade Fight stick.

Finally built myself a fight stick. Cut the wood, Drilled the case, Soldered a 360 controller PCB to sanwa stick and some tatsunoko buttons.  My favorite part are the super relax button positions, Four fingers rest on the blues, thumb controls the lowest two whites.  the blues are lp mp hp hk,the lower two white buttons are lk mk, from left to right.  the top two white buttons are XboxLive and Start.
I couldn't be happier about the feel.

palms rest nice.  faceplate is no taller than it needs to be.
a bit wider than most fightsticks.  my hands feel more rested when they are over my legs, not over my nuts.
can we say nuts? squirrels love nuts.

Initially mk was just under mp but I dont like twisting my hand or crimping my thumb every time i want to focus attack.
lowering lk - mk allowed my thumb to relax - hover in the same place where it needs to end up to attack.
quicker access, less work.  not sure how sanwa - madcats didnt come to the same conclusion.
my fingers have never gotten tired in these positions, and if they do, they rest beside a button without me knowing about it.

This guy must be number one.
no wonder i'm hearing his name all over streams.
people keep referring to him as "[email protected]"
You know.. just in case people didnt know you had to add the .com after a gmail address.

I think I even heard about a little book written about him. Its a little black book, you might have heard about it...
   The Holy Biblahblahblah.

For someone so hardcore, hes sure afraid to put his gamertag in the thread X_x.
im not going to jack with emails just to matches.
