lan party question?
« on: September 01, 2008, 01:27:18 am »
if i have a free xbox 360 lan party and some people who bring in their console dont have the update for some games what should i do when that happens? it would be in a venue that probably wouldnt have internet.

would that clear cache thing work offline?

I'm going to go ahead and move this to "hype and planning" - as I don't think there could be a more clear example of such :)

When I comes to updates Microsoft always has offline updates... there is an area of the Xbox live site where you can download the updates to you computer and burn it to disk... pop the disk into your 360 and it will do the rest... lol...

gears of war in the last update where they made the lancer alot more powerful. so if somebody's xbox doesnt have that update they wont be able to play with the updated systems.
