General Chat / Uncharted 3 and pre-ordering?

I can't wait for 11/1/11. I've already got $60 put aside. And another thing I've been wanting to ask but haven't because it's probably a stupid question is how do you pre-order a game? When Portal 2 came out I wanted to pre-order it but didn't know how. I googled pre-order but it didn't give me a straight answer. Now that Uncharted 3 is coming out soon, and it might probably be the last one, I thought that getting it early would be nice. Sorry for the stupid question, but at least someone is asking it so another doesn't have to feel dumb.

Hey. Just wondering how many guitar hero players there are out there. If you own a PS3 feel free to share your gamertag (if that's what it's called). Mine's washington13579. Oh yeah. Just wondering why there isn't that many gh tournaments. Those sound like fun.

General Chat / FFR Back!!!!......well....sort of

        For those of you who are big fans of FFR (Flash Flash Revolution), a site on the internet that relates to DDR but used a keyboard instead of a dance pad, then you may have noticed that the site has been down ever since the end of December. Three months later..........the site has been resurrected! Well....sort of. The site was brought back by two guys named NSane and LD. Unfortunately, there is no stats and no profile, so every thing you do is basically 'offline'. Well, beggers can't be choosers I guess. At least I get to play some of the songs I like the most again. But another thing is that some songs are missing. This may because these songs are new and for some reason are not on the alternate site. By the way, the site is called www.ffr.lightdarkness.net. Type this in and you will get a description saying "Welcome to the new FFR" or somthing like that. It will also give you two new links. www.ffr.lightdarkness.net/FFR is the link to play FFR, and www.tasselfoot.com/forum/ is the link to see a forum created by someone named tasselfoot, a used-to-be employee of Synth, FFR creator. His forum will give you info on why FFR was down, and a bunch of other topics created by old FFR users. Anyway, I just wanted to let some of you know, since I know some of you play FFR after posts on my FFR tounament idea, mostly being makosira and I think Darkwraith. Anyways, I'm glad it's back....well......sort of.

Alright! You guys have heard of DDR, right? Dance Dance Revolution. Well, I found this fun game on the internet called FFR. Flash Flash Revolution. As you can imagine, since it's on the computer, you'd use your fingers for the arrow keys instead of using a dance pad. Quite a relief to all the fat guys who like DDR (sorry I just had to type that ). It's really quite fun. I've gotten to be seated in the 13,000's somewhere. General Chat / How can I play GH3 online

I turn on the PS3 and it says I am now online.  When I turn on the game, it says that version 1.11 is avaliable to download.  If i don't download, I can't play online!  The bar to download it goes up to atlease 2%, then it stops. That is why I havn't played online in like 2 years.

I want to be in a guitar hero (preferably II) tournament because I've never been to one before.  I want to know what it's like. So, if anybody actually plays the game on Expert, please let me know.
