3 and 4 are 'evers' - aka Link's brothers lol.

And to my knowledge, DonP lost straight 10's to Fuzion, myself, BrianHates and Link.

yeah, it was an awesome time altogether. For a beginner like me, it was a great opportunity to learn from the best. I already had a lot of experiencing playing (or should I say getting my a@# whipped) Fuzion and a little against Brian, but squareing off against the rest of the high-level players there was even more....err..educational.   Witnessing Link unleash his Ivy was an amazing experience, it was..beautiful. That alone made the trip from Norman worthwhile.

X_A, please use Raidenwins instead of my name, i.e Lou = Raidenwins.

Also, much respect to DonP for showing up and sticking it out to the end.

Can't wait to see all those videos.

i might make some loser cookies as well, but they wont be as good.

Just to clear things up, I am not claiming I can beat anybody. In fact, I'd probably lose to most of you. I am just going for the challenge and to witness all these high-level players duke it out.

On a lighter note, I'm looking forward to this event. Looks like a ton of strong competition, and I should have some great footage of the fights!

I may attempt to play myself, but I will probably just tape various buttons until I am KO'd.

Nice, I am looking forward to this. Hopefully you will share the footage so we can all have it.

I am planning on being there as well. I am a new player, still learning the ropes, so for me this will be a great opportunity to learn from the best.

I am a Mortal Kombat fan, bad sadly Midway has dropped the ball lately and the latest MK game pales in comparison with the likes of VF5, SCIII, and Tekken5. As a result I've migrated to SCIII for now. I also play Tekken5 and VF5.

yes i demand more poeple that play Soul calibur show up because i need people around my skill level lol its kind of depressing getting your face kicked in every round lol

I am probably around your skill level. I get my a@# kicked by phira2 pretty bad. i am planning on coming over on Monday but now my car is giving me trouble. BUt if phira2 is going i might get a ride with him.

Well, I've ran into at least 5 different groups of people wanting to come to this - so hopefully it'll keep growing.

We have 2 SSBM players consistently showing up - I know Blitz will be showing up - we gonna be able to squeeze out a 4th?


So far - about half way through the '2 months of testing' and we are only doing okay.  Sure we've got 10 or so people showing up, but other than 2 or 3 - they are people I've asked to come to assure competition...  I really want to see new people showing up, and 2 to 3 setups going most of the night for it to be a success.  Let's see how it goes!

We are looking for a game programmer. The game we are working on is a 3D MMOG, it's en educational game developed by the K20 Center at OU (in Norman). We need someone who is proficient with C++. Knowledge of MySQL database and Lua scripting is a plus. PM me or respond to this thread.

Just saw this now. Yeah, I am down pretty much any day after 5, except for Wednesday. My place is very small and so is my TV (19 inch CRT  )  and i only have one decent chair, but we could still do it here, unless you have a better place.
