Raybone: I actually have a pretty nice fightpad you might actually enjoy for x-box. PDP made a marval commemorative fightpad that's actually pretty nice. low-profile buttons that are close together and sensitive, making inputs a lot easier, especially multi-button inputs. My problem with pad has always been hitting 2 or more buttons at the same time. My thumb curves and due to the spacing and shape of the buttons, I always hit either one or the other, but never both. This pad makes it quite simple. Also, the d-pad part of it is pretty nice. It has audible inputs (clicking), so you can hear your inputs instead of just hoping you did them right. If you want to show up to town a lil bit early, say noonish or what not, you can swing by the house to try it out and get some practice in before the tournament. If you don't like the pad, you can stick around for some ps3 pick ups back at my house afterward.
