So did they ever post an official changelist for APB?
Played it in beta and during Pay2Play, quit after a bit because it was the same missions over and over
Ah well you might go back and read the APB:R Blog from this post onward to the present day as they've gone through alot of changes:

The long and short of it is this: The TTK (Time To Kill) is alot shorter than it was in RTW's Retail release.
Let's take the Ntec (The AKS-47, if you will) it killed in 8 shots in RTW's APB. This base TTK along with Monolith (+health) and Survivor (-damage taken) made it 9 shots (or more depending on range) lead to some people being perceived as bullet tanks that just wouldn't die. Gamersfirst has changed this so the Ntec is now a 6 shot kill and the entire concept of upgrades has been changed.
There is no more Survivor, however Monolith is still in the game in the form of Kevlar Implants. Kevlar Implants has a firect health upgrade of 10% per level (3 levels) and also has a penalty of movement speed reduction that goes up with the amount of health you gain. Kevlar I slows your ability to accelerate to a full sprint slightly while Kevlar II actually impairs your top run speed in addition to the acceleration reduction and Kevlar III slows you down even further than Kevlar II.
With this new, lower TTK model and modifications not being direct upgrades without an associated downside the game is actually really fun without having that, "I just fired a whole mag at that guy and he didn't die" feel.
I HIGHLY recommend APB:R to anyone who likes to shoot others in an online environment.

Hellgate, though, has not aged well. They've kind of dumbed down the graphics a bit so a wider audience could have access to it but the whole Hellgate experience just isn't that great. I don't know if it's just me or what but it just doesn't seem as fun anymore, but hey, it's free so nothing lost here.
