First Person Shooters / PS3 Owners Must Buy!
« on: October 20, 2009, 02:47:07 pm »
Hey all,

Just wanted to let those of you who have not bought Uncharted 2 yet, get on it!  The single player was one of the most cinematic, edge of my seat experiences I've had since MGS4, and the multiplayer is deep and engaging as well.  It has perk systems, leveling, everything, similar to Modern Warfare but in third person.  Did I mention the online co-op?  All I can say is, I HIGHLY recommend anyone with a ps3 to buy this.  10 out of 10.

That being said, anybody that wants to play some multi or co-op hit me up on PSN, name is SeenNotScene.

Take it easy!

First Person Shooters / Left 4 Dead - XBL

So the holiday season is apon us once again, which means, no good games have come out for some time now.  I'm always looking for good L4D players, being that the majority of random people I get matched with are immature or horrible.  Send me a request and we shall pop some zombie heads some time. - SeenNotScene

Hands down Fallout 3 for myself...I think I put close to 300 hours into that game.  I think I started playing it after quitting WoW

Alienware M9700i-R1 Series
Specs include:
Windows XP SP2
2.00GHz Intel Core 2
NVidia Geforce 8700m GT
3 GB Ram
120GB HD

Honestly guys it is in near mint condition.  I used to play WoW on it all the time but quit a few months back (thank god).  Other than that I didn't do much of anything on it aside from some homework.  I'm strapped for cash and I don't really have use for it anymore.  If interested please e-mail me at [email protected]

Included with the computer in its original box is an alienware messenger bag which i had purchased at the same time.

October 24th at the Play n Trade in Edmond, 33rd and Broadway.

Starts at 2:00 PM

2v2 Tournament - If I remember correctly it is Search and Destroy and Sabotage.

I personally have no teammate so maybe someone here can join me.

If you already have a team you should come!  It's $20 per team (or $10 per person)

Take it easy!

(btw I don't work for PnT)  :D

First Person Shooters / Modern Warfare Players!
« on: September 18, 2009, 05:38:37 pm »
Hello fellow Oklahomans!

I'm looking to add more OK gamers to my friends list to play some COD with and get to know the community better.  Leave your gamertag or send me a friend request (SeenNotScene) and we'll play some rounds.  If you're a hardcore trash talker, don't bother.  I like playing with people that show maturity and are good sports, winning or losing.  Take it easy and I'll see ya'll in the game!

Tournament Planning and Hype / Tournaments in Edmond
« on: February 07, 2009, 11:16:35 am »
Hey all,

I'm a new poster to these forums, just found the site today when searching for ok tourneys.  I would love to start something in my area, but need a little guidance as to how to get started as far as venues, planning, sponsors?, etc.    Any feedback is greatly appreciated, as well as gamers that would be interested in helping out.  Along with the usual halo 3, CoD, and GoW2 tourneys, I would also like to include one of my favs, Geometry Wars 2. Thoughts?  I'm curious if anyone has any "connections" with the local colleges or bars etc where we would be able to play.  Thanks! -Cody
