We are playing Smash Brother on Switch every Monday in the month of December! Each round is best of 3 single elimination. We got great brews for those over 21. Sodas and water for those that are not. Each week the winner gets a gift card to a restaurant, except for December 16. December 16th we will have a $10 buy in with the winner walking home with $100.
Super Smash Bro. Tournament
We brought back Super Smash, but this time we’re doing it big time.
November 18th will be stand alone Smash Brother tournaments using standard rules used by Smash.gg. No final smash! Sign up by 6:30pm, games will start at 7:00pm.
Each Monday there will be a slew of prizes to win, gift cards, merch etc!
Fortnite duo’s for Code Red/Smash with $100 pot bonus
Come out to welcome Nashville and Kansas City to the Esports Arena family! There will be tournaments for Smash and Fortnite at all our Walmart locations!
Saturday will be a local in-house Fortnite tournament to decide the best duo from each location. Then on Sunday the top duo from each location will face off with the winning duo winning a spot in a Code Red Tournament!
Sunday will also feature a Smash Ultimate tournament with pot bonuses!
If you plan on attending in Nashville or Kansas City, no need to register online. You can register at the door for free.

Sunday (top duo from each location): 3:00 pm PST (5:00 CST)
Rewards:
The winning duo on Saturday from each location will be invited to compete on Sunday against the other arenas. The duo that comes out on top on Sunday will be entered into a Code Red Tournament!

Tulsa Pop Culture Expo will merge different components from the pop culture industry. Each organization is providing a different segment throughout the three-day event. Tulsa Pop Kids will entice attendees with nationally-known guest appearances, cosplayers, panel sessions related to the comic book industry, and a large kids’ area with activities geared towards their interests.

Here’s some highlights of gaming coming to Name Your Game Expo on October 5th and 6th!!
Check out the Video Gaming free play areas with games like Apex Legends, Fortnite, Minecraft, Mortal Kombat 11, Rocket League, League of Legends, and many more on PC, or Console. A variety of pick up and play Japanese Import games. Pick up a classic like Mario Kart 64, Soulcalibur II, Sonic the Hedgehog and dozens of others in our Retro Console area.
Ever wanted to learn how to play Dungeons & Dragons, or Pathfinder? Maybe you’ve seen someone playing Warhammer 40k or Star Wars: X-wing and been curious how to play. Want to throw down against a friend in Magic: The Gathering or Yu-Gi-Oh!, or settle down with a group of friends for a game of Catan, or Klask!
Miss the days of being in an arcade playing with friends? With our imported Japanese Sega Blast City candy cabs you can relieve those days with games like Tetris Plus, Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon, Metal Slug, and Windjammers. There will also be a selection of pinball machines including Deadpool, Ghostbusters, and others.
With Three different Escape Rooms of increasing difficulty you can put your wits to the test!

Oklahoma City University Esports River Rumble @ the Devon Boathouse
Oklahoma City University will host its first ever eSports Tournament on Saturday, Oct. 5 at the OCU Devon Boathouse during the Oklahoma Regatta Festival. The OCU eSports River Rumble, presented by Chad and Jessica Ford, will feature a high school invitational Rocket League tournament and a Super Smash Brothers (Ultimate?) community tournament, which is open to the public.
The event also will feature an open play area and retro arcade games from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet eSports pros. Admission is free to the public. Registration to play in the community tournament is $10. Sign up at smash.gg/riverrumble.
