Vampire is based on the Storyteller System. In addition to the general Storyteller rules, it uses a number of specific mechanics aimed towards simulating the vampiric existence. A vampire has a blood pool signifying the amount of human blood or vitae currently in their body; this blood can be spent to power abilities and perform supernatural tricks. These tricks simulate many of those portrayed on film, such as turning into animals or mist, sleeping in the ground or having unnatural charisma and powers of hypnotic suggestion.
Werewolf LARP
Werewolf: The Apocalypse is a role-playing game from the Classic World of Darkness line by White Wolf Publishing. In the game, players take the role of werewolves known as Garou (from the French ‘loup garou’). These Garou are usually warriors who are locked in a two-front war against both the spiritual desolation of urban civilization and supernatural forces of corruption that seek to bring about the Apocalypse. Game supplements detail other shapeshifters.
War of Letters: A Supernatural LARP
The world is ending, again. This time it isn’t some ancient dark force, but a bunch of stuffed shirts with a doomsday weapon. A family of hunters has pulled in a lot of favors to get monsters and hunters under the same roof. Can you set aside old grudges long enough to save the world or are you ready to face oblivion with bloody hands?
This LARP uses a custom rule set to keep things fast, fun and accessible to players of all skill levels. You will be taking on the role of a character from a fictional world populated with hunters and monsters inspired by CW’s Supernatural. Keep an eye on this event page for pre-registration opportunities and settings details.
